Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer's specific refund policy. Each event may have different refund terms, which are clearly displayed on the event page before purchase.
Generally, refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event start time. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, all ticket holders will receive a full refund automatically. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund according to the event organizer's policy.
Service fees and processing charges are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. Special promotional tickets may have different refund terms.
To request a refund, contact our support team at info@paynowafrica.com with your ticket reference number and order details. Include the reason for your refund request.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered depending on the timing of your request and the event organizer's policy. Service fees may be deducted from partial refunds.
