PayNow Tickets provides a platform for purchasing event tickets. You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. Ticket prices, availability, and event details are subject to change. You are responsible for reviewing event details before purchase.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through Paystack. All transactions are subject to verification and approval. Service fees may apply and will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Tickets are delivered electronically via email and SMS in the form of a reference number. You are responsible for presenting this reference number at the event entrance. Lost or stolen reference numbers should be reported immediately.
Event organizers reserve the right to change event details or cancel events. In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed according to the event organizer's refund policy. PayNow Tickets is not responsible for event changes or cancellations.
You may not resell tickets for profit, use automated systems to purchase tickets, or engage in any fraudulent activities. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and legal action.
PayNow Tickets acts as a ticketing platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for tickets.
