Cancel My Order

Need to cancel your ticket order? Here's how to do it and what to expect.

Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if the event is more than 7 days away. After this period, cancellations are subject to our refund policy.

How to Cancel

• Log into your PayNow Tickets account
• Go to "My Orders" or "Order History"
• Find the order you want to cancel
• Click "Cancel Order" and confirm
• You'll receive a cancellation confirmation via email

Partial Cancellations

If you purchased multiple tickets and only want to cancel some of them, contact our support team for assistance.

Refund After Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Alternative Options

Instead of cancelling, you can also transfer your tickets to someone else or exchange them for a different event date (if available).
