Transfer Tickets

Can't attend an event? You can transfer your tickets to someone else instead of cancelling.

How to Transfer Tickets

  • Log into your account
  • Go to your order history
  • Select the tickets you want to transfer
  • Enter the recipient's email address
  • Confirm the transfer

Transfer Requirements

Ticket transfers must be completed at least 24 hours before the event. Some events may have restrictions on transfers.

Recipient Notification

The recipient will receive an email with the transferred tickets and instructions on how to access them.

Transfer Fees

Most ticket transfers are free. However, some premium events may charge a small transfer fee.

Name Changes

For events that require ID verification, make sure the ticket name matches the attendee's ID. Contact support for name changes.
