Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Here's everything you need to know about our refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Event is cancelled by the organizer
  • Event is postponed and you cannot attend the new date
  • Duplicate purchase made by mistake
  • Request made within 24 hours of purchase (for events more than 7 days away)

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after 24 hours
  • Failure to attend the event
  • Events that have already taken place
  • Service fees (non-refundable in most cases)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, log into your account, go to your order history, and click "Request Refund" on the eligible order. You can also contact our support team.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Event Organizer Policies

Some events may have specific refund policies set by the organizer. These will be clearly stated on the event page before purchase.
