Event Cancellation

If an event you purchased tickets for is cancelled, here's what happens next.

Notification

You'll be notified immediately via email and SMS if an event is cancelled. Check your account dashboard for updates.

Automatic Refunds

For cancelled events, refunds are processed automatically within 5-10 business days. You don't need to request a refund.

Full Refund

You'll receive a full refund including the ticket price and service fees when an event is cancelled by the organizer.

Rescheduled Events

If an event is rescheduled rather than cancelled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you can request a refund.

For questions about why an event was cancelled or alternative arrangements, contact the event organizer directly through the event page.
